Fountainhead Office Plaza utilizes MRI Angus Tenant Service Request system (Tenant Service Portal) accessed via http://www.srstenantportal.com/. This is a web enabled service management solution that allows tenants to enter service requests, view real-time tracking of the request, and view and download detailed billing information.
